Here’s the Untold Love Story of our Group Member – Mr Anil Kumar –
Hello everyone. My name is Anil Kumar, a proud owner of MG Hector Sharp (Petrol).
I am going to share my MG Story with AutoWheels India in the form of real life review after spending 10 months with my Hector, I have a Petrol hybrid sharp variant and I drove my car for around 13000 Km till now which I guess is an adequate usage, I bought the car at the time when it just came to the market and not many people were willing to experiment, but the feature list was long and promising so I decided to go with it.
When I bought the car it took me some time to get connected with it but after some OTA updates the car became much more responsive and I started to understand the connectivity features. Talking about the most important thing, the mileage, in city with low to high traffic conditions it gives me 9-12 KMPL and on highway its around 12-14 KMPL and with ideal driving I have also achieved 15 KMPL for me personally it’s a good average in a trade with comfort and space.
The 1.5 litre turbocharged petrol hybrid engine delivers linear pace with while I never felt lack of responsiveness either. You may find it hard to get proper response through voice assistant but over time it’s natural that you will become used to it. With some ups and down it’s a complete package and with some compromise you also get some excitement and fun.
MG serves good in terms of after sales services as they have to grow and build their credibility, rest is upon them if they are willing to keep it for long term & I believe they will surely do well in future as they are doing now.
