2019 Grand i10
Hyundai has already begun road-testing for facelift i10.
The Hyundai i10 hatchback was first introduced in 2007 and entered into its second-generation in 2013 with the Grand i10 nameplate. The vehicle received a mid-life facelift in 2017 and now the carmaker is ready to introduce its third-generation model with several new feature and design upgrades. The new 2019 Hyundai Grand i10 will feature the brand’s new Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design philosophy.
The new Grand i10 will come with projector headlamps, day-time running LEDs, 15-inch wheels and LED tail lamps. The Grand i10 shall offer diamond-cut alloy wheels on the top model.
On the inside, Black and beige colours will be executed on the dashboard. The steering wheel shall have leather wrap and even controls for audio. The instrument cluster will not even have driver information system reading mileage and distance to empty as well. The centre console will consist of a 7-inch touchscreen system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, reverse camera, navigation and even 1 GB of internal storage of music.
The front bumper will also get a new design with revised fog lamp inserts. The side design is expected to be similar to the current model. The company will increase dimensions compared to the current model, which is going to improve space inside the cabin.
According to AWI update the third-generation Grand i10 will hit showrooms in August, 2019. However, there is no official word on the same. Stay tuned to AUTOWHEELS INDIA for its official launch date and details.
